Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to ensure safe, on-time delivery of HVAC goods while upholding excellent customer service and professionalism. The role also covers warehouse duties between routes, including inventory checks and order picking.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of truck driving experience with box trucks, and a valid DOT medical certificate. CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and other Sales Center locations daily.
• Load and unload products from truck safely.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in warehouse with inventory counts and order picking.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform daily maintenance checks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
