Job summary

Tradewinds Climate Systems is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate in Sweetwater, FL. You will handle inbound inquiries by phone, chat, and email, learn product details, and support Sales, Operations, and Warehousing to meet service expectations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and listening abilities. HVAC knowledge is a plus; this is an on-site hourly role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to all inbound customer inquiries in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
• Handle telephone calls, chat, and email communications professionally.
• Develop extensive knowledge of products sold on HomeDepot.com and answer questions about applications and configurations.
• Achieve productivity standards while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Process transactions and respond to inquiries about products and services per department policies.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Warehousing to meet service expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
