Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong computer software skills and active listening.
• Past Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Tech savvy—knowledge of Microsoft Office and common Web applications.
• Familiar with online shopping.
• HVAC/R knowledge and experience (Huge Plus)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Handle phone calls, chat, and email communications professionally.
• Develop knowledge of HomeDepot.com products and their applications.
• Achieve productivity standards while delivering high levels of service.
• Process transactions and reply to inquiries per department policies.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through open, two-way communication.
• Provide timely feedback on service issues to the company.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Warehousing to exceed expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
