Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Customer Specialist to support the Supply team across the district. You will process quotes and orders, respond to inquiries, and help drive store productivity through excellent customer service and knowledge of products.

You will partner with inside and outside sales to support initiatives, work onsite at least 4 days a week, and travel as needed to build localized relationships with store teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and minimum 2 years inside sales or retail experience.
• HVAC experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders for Account Managers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Support store operations and drive store productivity through customer service.
