Job summary

Trane Technologies in New Jersey is seeking a Customer Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to customers and support the Supply team across the district. You will resolve inquiries and process quotes and orders via phone and email, while partnering with Account Managers and store teams.

The role emphasizes onsite work at least four days a week, with overtime as needed, driving store productivity and revenue growth through knowledge of products and programs and proactive customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales/retail experience; HVAC experience beneficial.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders on behalf of Account Managers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Support Account Managers and multiple stores across the district.
• Identify potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and District.
• Maintain high quote, order, and revenue volumes; provide technical support.
