Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Contracting Project Specialist to support Complex Solutions Project Managers on site at customer locations. You will assist with project execution, including financials, administration, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring quality and adherence to contracting processes.

You will lead and coordinate HVAC installations, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and communicate with customers to resolve issues. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5–10 years in Commercial HVAC installation or construction.
• Experience in project management or coordination or related work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose and start-up HVAC systems on customer sites.
• Plan and complete projects on time while maintaining budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contracting processes.
• Supervise installers, subcontractors and vendors on site.
• Represent the company to customers and manage on-site safety and quality.
