Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Specialist to be a trusted advisor to customers and support the Supply team across the district. You will process quotes and orders, respond to inquiries, and assist Account Managers and multiple stores onsite.

Role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of inside sales or retail experience; HVAC background is a plus. You will work onsite at least four days a week with potential overtime or weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales, retail or related experience.
• HVAC sales experience beneficial.
• Mechanical aptitude helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle quotes and orders for Account Managers.
• Provide timely customer support via phone and email.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive account growth.
• Support store operations and inventory when needed.
• Travel to multiple stores as directed.
