• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and listening communication and telephone etiquette.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on existing accounts and customer service calls.
• Document customer responses and impressions from visits.
• Perform site surveys and checks to ensure quality.
• Present new technology and enhanced PM services.
• Report findings, opinions, photos, and results to leadership.
• Monitor maintenance data to proactively respond to situations.
• Represent EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to contract customers.
