Job summary

Crystal Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our service team in Missouri. This full-time CSR will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You’ll be the first point of contact, helping homeowners receive timely assistance and a positive experience from start to finish. Based on experience, pay ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or office admin experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with HVAC service and maintenance needs.
• Schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and estimates.
• Gather accurate customer information and service request details.
• Provide appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the scheduling system.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and office staff for smooth communication.
