Job summary

Clean Climate HVAC Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our residential and commercial clients. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service, and assist with inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates empathy, and works well with technicians and management to guarantee timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM/scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar).
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and chats promptly and courteously.
• Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments and technician dispatches.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction after service.
• Manage customer accounts and update records in the CRM system (Service Titan).
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments when needed.
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure timely service delivery.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and elevate complex concerns when appropriate.

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
