Job summary

Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning in Johnston, RI is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and helping ensure every customer has a positive experience from their first interaction.

You will maintain customer records in ServiceTitan, communicate with technicians, and support the team with administrative duties. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in customer service and are detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home-services experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Dependable team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service and maintenance appointments
• Listen to customer needs and determine the appropriate next steps
• Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and questions
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records in ServiceTitan
• Communicate professionally with technicians and internal team members
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalation issues when appropriate
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding appointments and services
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude in every customer interaction
• Support the team with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed
