Carjon Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. seeks a Client Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking HVAC services. This in-office role requires handling calls, scheduling, and maintenance coordination to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will support the dispatch team, educate customers on service options, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or call center experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• Experience booking appointments and working with customers over the phone.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms.
• Experience with Podium or similar customer messaging platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support teammates.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
