Job summary

John Davis Heating & Air in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

You'll work with our service team to dispatch technicians, maintain customer records, and follow up on completed jobs and memberships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience (HVAC, trades, or dispatch experience a plus).
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience preferred).
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about service, maintenance, and installations.
• Schedule and dispatch service appointments to maximize technician routes.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer records in scheduling/dispatch software.
• Follow up on completed jobs, service agreements, and membership renewals.
• Communicate pricing, financing options, and membership benefits clearly.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep the day running smoothly.
