Lex Heating & Air is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. You’ll be the friendly voice customers hear first, handling inquiries, scheduling service, and guiding customers to solutions while collaborating with dispatch and service teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, customer databases, and call center software.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact: handle a high volume of calls with friendly, professional service.
• Help customers find solutions: answer questions and provide accurate information.
• Schedule service appointments: coordinate with dispatch for timely service.
• Keep communication flowing: work with dispatchers, technicians, and team members.
