Johnstone Supply in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks a Counter Sales Associate I to assist HVAC/R customers, answer questions, and process orders in-store and over the phone. You will coordinate with branches for stock, quote and warranty processing, and maintain showroom standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, multitasking, and the ability to work with ERP systems and POS terminals. Training is provided for product knowledge and procedures.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years in wholesale/retail.
• Front line customer service experience required.
• Must be able to operate a POS terminal and use ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with product selections in-store.
• Provide information, technical support, and order products for customers.
• Process quotes, warranties, and will-call orders accurately.
• Research part availability across branches and coordinate transfers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and showroom appearance.
• Support inventory counts and reporting.
