Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years related experience in wholesale/retail environment preferred.
• Front line customer service experience required.
• English proficiency essential due to job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and by phone, building rapport and addressing requests.
• Assist customers in selecting products and troubleshoot when needed.
• Research products, place orders, and coordinate with branches for stock and delivery.
• Process quotes, warranties, returns, and back-order notifications accurately.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, stock shelves, and adhere to SOPs.
