Johnstone Supply, North America's leading wholesale distributor of HVACR equipment, is hiring a Counter Sales Associate I in Michigan. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide product choices both in-store and by phone.

You will process quotes, orders, warranties, and returns, research stock across branches, and maintain store presentation while upholding our standards of service and profitability. Forklift experience and HVAC/R familiarity are valued, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service in wholesale/retail HVAC/R
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into product recommendations
• Follows SOPs and company processes

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections
• Provide information, technical support, and special ordering
• Process transactions, quotes, and returns accurately
• Research stock across branches to fulfill orders
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and displays
• Support inventory counts and pricing adherence
