Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, seeks a Counter Sales Associate I to assist customers with product selection, provide technical information, and process orders in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, handle quotes, and support inventory and merchandising efforts to drive store profitability.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, knowledge of HVAC/R products, and the ability to work with customers in person and on the phone.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience required.
• HS diploma or GED with 1+ years wholesale/retail experience.
• English proficiency required; multilingual skills valued.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Process transactions, quotes, and returns; manage paperwork.
• Research products via catalogs, websites, and POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and displays; follow SOPs and pricing structure.
• Support inventory counts and assist in shipments and receiving.
