Responsabilités

• Sell HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Greet customers and determine merchandise needs; discuss features.
• Display merchandise and suggest selections meeting customer needs; maintain showroom.
• Research stock numbers and prices; advise substitutions.
• Use databases to check availability; fill orders or transfer stock.
• Process payments and credit; handle refunds/replacements of defective items.
• Solicit new and existing customers by phone to promote sales; report issues.
• Coordinate with clerical staff to manage orders and warranties.
