General knowledge of HVAC required.
Administrative/Clerical experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Customer-oriented with excellent verbal communication skills and strong phone skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend proper actions.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and deadlines.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Receives and processes requests for price quotations, purchase orders, and changes.
Prepares quotations for special items and coordinates with staff.
Uses computer system to retrieve and input customer data and orders.
Follows up on orders and expedites delivery information to customers.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships with service focus.
Provides counter sales support and participates in training.
