Job summary

Hercules Industries, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Tempe to promote HVAC products at the counter or by phone.

You will quote prices, enter orders, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing outstanding service, and participating in product training to stay up-to-date with HVAC applications and technology.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of HVAC required.
• Administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Must be able to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote HVAC products at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Quote prices on standard items and enter orders into the computer system.
• Relay order information to customers and follow up on orders for delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support counter sales and participate in training to maintain product knowledge.
