Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred for product familiarity.
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to build sales.
• Process orders, quotes, and provide delivery dates with accuracy.
• Maintain house accounts and communicate product launches to customers.
• Coordinate with branches, manufacturing, and vendors for shipments.
• Educate customers on product terminology and benefits.
• Perform inventory counts and support showroom replenishment.
• Handle warranties/returns and assist in warehouse duties as needed.
• Travel to customer locations as required and support demonstrations.
