A leading HVAC wholesaler in New Mexico is seeking a Counter Sales and Service Associate. In this role, you will assist customers with their HVAC/R needs by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Responsibilities include processing transactions and upselling products to maximize sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or building products is preferred, but will train the right person.
• Computer proficiency with warehouse coding systems required.
• Must be able to frequently lift over 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing accurate information.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales opportunities.
• Process customer transactions through POS or ERP system.
• Communicate availability, pricing, and delivery status.
