Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and phone communication skills.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or building products preferred but will train.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer proficiency including RF scanners and warehouse coding systems.
• Must be able to frequently lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers professionally.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing accurate product and technical information.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Process customer transactions including orders, quotes, returns, and special requests via POS or ERP systems.
• Communicate availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery status to customers.
• Collaborate with contractors, technicians, and internal teams to fulfill product needs.
