Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a drive to give contractors fast, accurate answers.
• Comfort navigating sales software and inventory tracking in a fast-paced counter.
• Prior HVAC field experience is a bonus but a strong willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers, recommend parts, and showcase promotions.
• Build custom price quotes, process orders, and manage returns/credits.
• Source hard-to-find HVAC components from catalogs, specs, and reps.
• Maintain customer records and provide real-time order updates to pros.
