Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in HVAC sales, counter work, or service/installation.
• Enough product knowledge to converse with technicians.
• Self-directed and proactive.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers promptly and professionally.
• Recommend and sell HVAC products based on job requirements.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
• Track shipment schedules and push on orders when parts are needed.
• Be the go-to resource for product specs and cross-references.
