Job summary

About The Role

Got a knack for problem-solving, reading specs, and talking shop? Wolff Bros. Supply one of the nation's premier independent distributors is looking for a sharp, customer-focused HVAC Counter Sales Associate in Akron. You'll be the go-to resource for local contractors, technicians, and installers, making sure they get the right equipment, precise quotes, and reliable service to keep their jobs moving.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Counter Sales: Assist walk-in and phone customers, recommend complementary parts and tools, and showcase active promotions.
• Process & Expedite: Build custom price quotes, process final orders, manage returns/credits, and pull/stage materials for rapid pickup.
• Solve Technical Specs: Consult catalogs, spec sheets, and manufacturer reps to source hard-to-find HVAC components and hit tight delivery windows.
• Manage Account Relationships: Maintain customer records, share real-time order updates, and build long-term trust with local trade pros.
