Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and by phone to identify needs.
• Display merchandise and advise customers on substitutions and features.
• Use computer databases to research stock and prepare sales orders.
• Process payments and manage returns or credits.
• Follow directions from the counter lead and support warehouse staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom.
