• Ability to read invoices and stock numbers.
• Proficient with computers and order entry systems like Prophet 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or over the phone.
• Greet customers as they enter the branch.
• Enter customer orders in system on the same day the order is received.
• Pull customer orders from warehouse and load into delivery truck or staging area.
• Prepare invoices, CODs, purchase orders, and shipping/receiving paperwork accurately.
• Ensure products leaving the branch are billed and payments are collected.
• Process customer returns and warranties the same day received.
• Maintain self-service area, restock displays, and keep area tidy.
• Create/maintain branch displays to support programs and markets.
• Use resources to locate products and update customers on delivery/backorder.
