Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers, and descriptions to identify items.
• Heavy lifting.
• Valid driver''s license and safe driving record; ability to operate manual transmission if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide timely updates to customers.
• Data entry, product verification, and payment collection to complete sales.
• Provide excellent customer service in person or by phone.
• Warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, order processing, delivery, and inventory.
• Handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Work as part of a team with a wide range of people.
• Suggest alternate products based on cost, availability, or specs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Multitask to complete duties efficiently.
