Responsibilities include loading orders, delivering items, and maintaining a safe, clean branch environment. You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, and support branch operations with paperwork and returns.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with customers and the public.
• Basic math skills for markup/gross margin calculations.
• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers, and descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and maintain a positive branch atmosphere.
• Enter customer orders in the system on the same day received.
• Load orders into delivery trucks or customer vehicles.
• Prepare invoices, CODs, and shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Handle payments and follow money handling procedures.
• Process returns and warranties the same day.
• Restock and maintain the self-service area and displays.
• Locate products for customers and communicate delivery status.
• Report safety issues promptly.
• Promote sales items using available resources.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed and keep workspace clean.
