Qualifications

• Entry level Counter Sales role in a HVAC supply branch.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with invoicing and basic computer usage preferred.
• Familiarity with heating and cooling products is a plus.
• Ability to read invoices and stock numbers.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and maintain a positive branch atmosphere.
• Enter customer orders in the system on the same day the order is received.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load into delivery truck or pickup.
• Prepare invoices and other paperwork accurately.
• Process payments and follow money handling procedures.
• Handle returns and warranties the same day.
• Maintain self-service area and displays.
• Assist in locating products and update customers on delivery.
• Report safety issues immediately.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Keep work environment clean and safe.
• Represent the company in uniform and grooming standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
