The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and reliable math skills. You will promote products, process payments, and support the branch with inventory and displays.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems, parts and supplies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers.
• Outstanding attitude and interpersonal skills to serve customers in-branch or on电话.
• Proficiency operating a computer and Prophet 21.
• Basic math skills including markup vs gross margin impact.
• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers and descriptions to identify items.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and uphold 'Customer First' standards.
• Enter customer orders in the system the same day.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load for delivery or pickup.
• Process invoices, CODs, vendor POs and shipping paperwork.
• Handle payments by cash or credit card following procedures.
• Process returns and warranties the same day received.
• Maintain and stock self-serve areas and displays.
• Educate customers on product availability and make recommendations.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed and keep area clean.
