Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service by following 'Customer First' standards, in person or over the telephone.
• Greet customers entering the branch with a positive attitude.
• Enter customer orders into the system on the same day the order is received.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load into delivery vehicle or stage for pickup.
• Prepare invoices, CODs, and shipping paperwork accurately.
• Process returns and warranties the same day they are received.
• Maintain self-service area by restocking and tidying displays.
• Represent the company professionally and follow grooming standards.
