You will support the branch by stocking displays, stocking products, and assisting with loading orders for customers. Candidates should have basic math skills, good communication, and the ability to operate a computer and POS system.

Qualifications

• Entry level; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic math and cash handling skills required.
• Ability to read invoices and product numbers.
• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and ensure orders are entered the same day.
• Pull orders from the warehouse and load delivery trucks.
• Process paperwork including invoices and CODs accurately.
• Handle payments by cash or card following money handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and shop displays.
• Represent the branch in a professional manner and follow safety rules.
