You will learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, support proposals, and build relationships with contractors, architects, and engineers while delivering tangible improvements in building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
