Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States for recent engineering graduates. The 6-month training integrates classroom learning, hands-on experiences, and mentorship to build technical sales skills and business acumen.

Participants will learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, support proposals, and engage with customers while collaborating with local sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes.
