Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track for new engineering graduates. From day one, you will be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported by a nationwide sales network to gain technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

You will participate in classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to prepare for a high-growth sales career, with a compensation package starting at $98,600

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
