Job summary

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking an HVAC Controls Salesperson to grow our building automation business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You will develop relationships with mechanical contractors, GCs, and building owners, and turn opportunities into won projects. This full-time role offers a base salary range of $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience, along with 100% company-paid health insurance for you and your family, a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or commercial HVAC preferred.
• Technical understanding of DDC/BAS systems and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications and develop estimates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for controls installation, retrofit, and service work.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, GCs, engineers, and building owners.
• Review plans and specifications, estimate projects, and prepare proposals.
• Present solutions and close controls projects and service agreements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Work with operations to ensure smooth handoff of sold projects.
