QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area seeks an experienced Controls Project Manager to lead HVAC controls and building automation initiatives from retrofit through new construction. You will manage schedules, budgets, and field teams across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites.

The role requires strong leadership, project control skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and owners while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in building automation with 3 years leading controls projects.
• Experience with BAS systems and project administration.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC controls and building automation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Review contracts and drawings to protect scope and profitability.
• Oversee documentation, procurement, submittals, changes, and reporting.
• Collaborate with owners, contractors, and trades on site.
