Quantum Building Solutions, INC. is seeking an experienced Controls Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC controls and building automation projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will lead projects from retrofits to large new constructions, coordinating with contractors, owners, and technicians. A technical degree or PM training and relevant certifications are valued; strong cost control and scheduling skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in building automation with 3 years leading controls projects.
• Familiarity with Niagara, Metasys, or Distech BAS.
• Understanding of BACnet, HVAC ops, and system sequences.
• Strong skills in cost tracking, planning, and financial reporting.
• Ability to read drawings and technical docs; verify scope.

Mansioni

• Lead HVAC controls and building automation projects from handoff to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specs to maintain scope.
• Oversee documentation, procurement, submittals, change orders, and reports.
• Collaborate with contractors, facility owners, and trades.
• Monitor costs and profitability to meet targets.
• Coordinate startup, testing, commissioning, and training.
