Job summary

Johnson Controls launches the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States to develop future technical sales leaders. The 6-month program pairs graduates with a mentor and a nationwide sales network to build technical, business, and relationship skills.

Participants will learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, support proposals and projects, and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and building owners to deliver customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively; U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
