Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program for recent engineering graduates. This six‑month immersive training combines classroom learning, hands‑on projects, and mentorship to prepare you for technical sales roles.

Participants travel to Tampa, Florida for on‑site training, with lodging provided, rotating through HVAC equipment, sales processes, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Visit Johnson Controls manufacturing facilities and factory locations to gain practical product knowledge and industry insight.
