Tudi Mechanical Systems in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an HVAC Controls Sales Engineer to grow industrial and commercial accounts. You will meet with customers, assess controls projects, and propose costed solutions while servicing existing customers in the maintenance base.

You will develop new business, conduct site surveys, and present consultative proposals. Proficiency in SalesForce and strong communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• Vocational school or associate degree in HVAC/ME or related field.
• 5+ years sales experience in electronic/mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and facilities management.
• Ability to explain technical information to varied audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review potential controls projects.
• Develop scope of work and estimated cost with customers.
• Service existing customers in the maintenance base.
• Aggressively develop new customers and market channels.
• Perform site surveys and propose consultative sales proposals.
• Maintain CRM records in SalesForce.
• Meet revenue and gross profit goals.
