Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years sales experience in electronic or mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and facilities management systems.
• Ability to explain technical info to technical and non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review controls projects and develop scope of work.
• Estimate costs and propose consultative sales proposals.
• Maintain customer activity in CRM and meet revenue targets.
