Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience programming control panels for HVAC systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning to closeout.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Capable of working independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of control systems projects from start to finish.
• Manage project financials including costs and billings.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and be the primary contact.
• Identify and pursue change orders while managing warranty work.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
