Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Johnstone University and training initiatives. You will handle first-line support, maintain course data, and coordinate virtual and in-person sessions for customers and employees.

Responsibilities include logistics for workshops, content loading, reporting, and ensuring certification documentation while collaborating with marketing and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line support to users/participants/partners for online and in-person training venues.
• Supports Johnstone University content, metadata, and course information.
• Maintains JU data, tests functionality and generates reports/dashboards.
• Manages workshop logistics, including materials, room setup, lodging, catering, and transportation.
• Registers attendees and handles pre-workshop coordination and confirmations.
• Loads and verifies JU content and marketing materials across platforms.
• Maintains training program records, completion certificates, and state documentation as needed.
• Supports contractor training programs and attendance tracking.
• Participates in department activities, meetings, and trade shows as requested.
