Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC, a leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Johnstone University and its distributors. You will provide first-line user support, guide training programs, and maintain accurate course data.

Responsibilities include JU workshop logistics, registration support, content loading with the Content Developer, and generating reports. This role emphasizes detail, collaboration, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent and at least two years related experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Johnstone University users online and in-person.
• Guide and support training programs for Johnstone Distributors.
• Ensure learning data and content is accurate and up to date on JU.
• Assist with workshop logistics and attendee registration for JU workshops and webinars.
• Load and test new content with Content Developer and maintain course metadata.
• Generate summary reports and dashboards as needed.
• Uphold Johnstone Brand Guidelines and support marketing promotions.
