Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a seasoned Training/Contractor Development professional to drive adoption of contractor programs across stores and events. The role focuses on identifying barriers, developing activation plans, and measuring training impact with dashboards and surveys.

You will partner with store teams, marketing, and content developers to design curricula, promote training initiatives, and deliver in-person and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience in HVAC, contractor development, training, learning programs, distribution, or related fields.
• Experience developing training resources, content, communications, and customer engagement programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption in stores by partnering with store teams to identify barriers and co-develop activation plans.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness using surveys, outreach, and business outcome metrics.
• Build a community of partners, suppliers, store leadership and contractors; share training best practices.
• Travel to stores and trade events for in-person training and contractor events.
• Act as a trusted field resource to position new courses, advertise, and provide in-store materials.
• Use scorecards and dashboards to track sales and promotions by store/region.
• Guide store Power Users in developing customized training tracks for contractors.
