Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Johnstone University (JU) and affiliated training programs. The role focuses on first-line training support, logistics for workshops and webinars, and maintaining accurate course metadata for JU and JUOC.

You will assist with content loading, testing, and collaboration with Content Developers, while handling attendee registrations and related travel logistics. This is a hands-on role integral to our training ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating training programs or learning events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Johnstone University training users and participants.
• Coordinate in-person and online training logistics and materials.
• Maintain training content data and course metadata for JU and JUOC.
• Load and test new content with Content Developer; ensure accuracy of course data.
• Assist with workshop logistics, registrations, travel, and venue coordination.
• Support marketing promotions and social media content loading related to training.
• Produce and reconcile training reports and dashboards.
